Our team includes architects, designers and contractors who are always working together on your project. We design the building and cost estimate simultaneously; it’s a back-and-forth process that keeps our designers and contractors both realistic AND creative at the same time.
The process encourages and requires an open dialogue between the clients, the architectural design team, and our contractors. It’s a transparent process we believe results in the best project for you possible.
WHAT’S INCLUDED WITH YOUR SERVICE?
When you choose HER Home Design BUlLD LLC, we work with you to design and bring your residential project to lite using computer-aided programs. After you approve the final plans, our team pulls all required building permits and then we begin construction on the home, renovation, or addition project.
We provide on-site project management using our online project management software that creates a web portal for each project giving you access to schedules, deadlines, product selections, and "to-do" lists.
Our project management team includes two people: a Project Manager and a Site Supervisor. The Project Manager is your main point of contact. Their job is to oversee the Site supervisor, coordinate the project schedule, manage the budget, assist in selections, and handle any problems that may arise.
WHAT IF I HAVE MY OWN CONTRACTOR?
If you have a contractor partner you love and are comfortable with, the HER team can still work with you.
Communication is the key to working with existing construction teams. We handle these scenarios on a case-by-case basis and always do what is best for our clients.
