Keianna Rae Harrison-Williams, M.A., PhD, is an accomplished entrepreneur and the owner of HER LLC, a distinguished family-owned enterprise located in Indianapolis. With extensive expertise in the design-build sector and a steadfast commitment to empowering women, Keianna Rae has cultivated a family of companies that not only transforms spaces but also enriches lives.

Central to Keianna Rae's mission is her unwavering dedication to education and workforce development. Through innovative training programs and strategic partnerships, she equips individuals with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in the dynamic design and construction industries. As a leader, she supervises a proficient staff of 14, fostering a collaborative and dynamic work environment that propels success.

Under her leadership, HER LLC provides an extensive array of services, including interior design, home staging, remodeling, construction, design-build services, and home furnishings. Keianna Rae is committed to delivering accessible and affordable design solutions that ensure both style and functionality for all clients.

She also oversees the firm's construction projects as the remodeling superintendent for HER Home Design BUILD. A residential interior designer, certified remodeler, and home stager specializing in affordable interior design and home staging, Keianna Rae often says her interior design “superpower” is creating quality BEAUTIFUL residential spaces on an affordable budget.

As the visionary behind the HER Home Design Academy, Keianna Rae spearheads a non-profit organization devoted to the education and training of individuals in the fields of interior design, architecture, remodeling, and construction. Through initiatives such as the Prototype Series, the Academy offers valuable skills and opportunities for high school students, adult women, and younger students, aligning with Indiana's Next Level Programs of Study.

Keianna Rae's professional affiliations with esteemed organizations such as the National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI), the Builders Association of Greater Indianapolis (BAGI), the National Kitchen and Bath Association (NKBA), and the Westside Chamber of Commerce underscore her commitment to excellence. Collaborating with over 100 vendors, HER LLC is dedicated to advancing women in construction and related industries, while persistently pursuing sustainable solutions and wellness design.

Keianna Rae is an experienced real estate flipper/rehabber with a passion for real estate investing and revitalizing communities. Beyond her professional endeavors, she is a dedicated wife and mother of two sons. She values her family life, finding fulfillment in nurturing her children and supporting her family's pursuits. Keianna Rae aspires to leave HER LLC as a meaningful legacy for her sons, instilling in them the values of leadership, innovation, and community service.

In her spare time, Keianna Rae is an interior design blogger who enjoys spending time with her husband and sons, roller skating, and Latin dancing.
