Chad Anthony Ballard is our Architectural Designer who drafts drawings, sources materials, and handles a variety of design needs- transforming concepts into beautifully livable spaces.
Chad also leads our internship program, mentoring new designers in HER’s craftsmanship, creativity, and care.
Outside of work, they are often found thrifting for unique furniture and fashion finds.
